Most of our orders ship by UPS. Freight is calculated by weight with a minimum freight of $25.00. Our shipping page has a chart that list estimated freight by the piece depending on the size of plant and to what zone we are shipping. Your UPS freight will be calculated at check out. This freight is estimated and subject to change.
We are now shipping larger orders by a LTL Carrier. If your order is for 1000+ containers we will check UPS vs. LTL for the most economical freight. We will confirm this with you before shipping.
If shipping by an LTL carrier (Tractor Trailer) plants will be boxed, palletized and shrink wrapped. Delivery location must be able to receive a tractor trailer delivery. If you do not accept palletized shipments, please use the note field in checkout to let us know.
Your payment will be adjusted when we finalize the shipment.
A pending credit card charge will be placed on your card when you submit your order. Your payment will be finalized when we ship and invoice your order.
We do give you a second option called Credit Card – Will Call which allows you to call us with your number prior to shipping. We store your card information on a virtual terminal that secures your information through tokenization. This same card can be used for future orders by simply giving the last four digits of the number in the note field in check out.
The Credit Card – Will Call is your best choice for back orders and future orders to prevent a long term pending charge on your credit card.
We do not have a minimum order. You can order as few as one plant if that is all you need. Keep in mind there is a minimum charge for Freight of $25.00.
Best freight is achieved with multiples of 2 boxes which we strap together.

Freight is estimated and is subject to change.
If you do not specify a ship date, we assume we are to ship as soon as possible. We are "The Home of Sudden Service" and we generally ship your order the same day. If not the same day, it goes out the next best day for you to receive it before the weekend. You can specify a ship date in check out. Please use note fields for any specific instructions or concerns about your order.
